Advervia ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for cancellation and refunds for our digital marketing and website design services.

1. Cancellation Policy

A. Monthly Subscription Services

This applies to our recurring plans such as the 'Growth', 'Scale', and 'Performance Pro' marketing plans.

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting our support team.
  • To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please provide your cancellation notice at least 5 business days before your next renewal date.
  • Upon cancellation, your services will remain active until the end of your current paid billing period. No further charges will be made.

B. One-Time Services

This applies to services with a one-time fee, such as the 'Starter' plan, all website design packages, and individual add-on services.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted before any work on the project has commenced to be eligible for a full refund.
  • If cancellation is requested after the project has started (e.g., initial consultation, design mockups, or development work has begun), the client will be billed for the hours already invested in the project at our standard hourly rate, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Once a project is completed and delivered, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services, we have a clear refund policy to protect both our clients and our business.

  • General Rule: Fees for services that have already been provided or where work has already commenced are non-refundable. This is because our fees are based on the actual time and effort invested by our team.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: The following fees are strictly non-refundable:
    • Monthly subscription fees for the current or past billing cycles.
    • One-time setup fees (e.g., 'Starter' plan).
    • Costs of third-party assets purchased on your behalf (e.g., premium themes, plugins, stock photos).
    • Fees for any work that has already been completed or delivered.
  • Eligibility for a Refund: A refund may be considered in the following cases:
    • You canceled a one-time service before any work began.
    • A billing error occurred on our part.
    • We failed to deliver the agreed-upon service as per the service agreement (subject to review).
  • How to Request a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our support team with your order details and the reason for your request. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
