Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last Updated: 1 July 2025

This Shipping & Delivery Policy pertains to the digital services and products provided by Advervia. As we offer digital services, there is no physical shipping involved. "Delivery" refers to the fulfillment and transfer of our digital services to you, the client.

1. Service Delivery Timelines

The delivery timelines for our services are as follows and commence once we have received full payment (for one-time services) and all necessary information from you (e.g., access credentials, content, project requirements).

A. One-Time Services

  • Starter Plan (Basic Setup): Delivered within 1-2 business days.
  • Starter Site (1-Page Website): Delivered within 3 business days.
  • Standard Website (Upto 5 Pages): Delivered within 5-7 business days.
  • E-commerce Website: Delivered within 7-10 business days.
  • Premium Site + Branding: Delivered within 10-14 business days.

B. Monthly Subscription Services

  • Initial Campaign Setup: For 'Growth', 'Scale', and 'Performance Pro' plans, the initial campaign setup is typically completed within 3-5 business days of starting the subscription.
  • Ongoing Services: Management, optimization, and support are provided continuously throughout the subscription period.
  • Reporting: Reports are delivered as per the plan schedule (e.g., weekly via WhatsApp or monthly via PDF).

2. Mode of Delivery

Our digital services are delivered electronically. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Account Access: Credentials and access details for accounts (e.g., Google Ads) will be shared via secure email or a trusted password management tool.
  • Website Delivery: Websites will be developed on a staging server. Final delivery constitutes deployment to your specified hosting account and domain. We may also provide a zip file of the website files upon request.
  • Reports & Documents: Performance reports, strategy documents, and branding kits will be delivered via email as attachments (e.g., PDF) or via a link to a cloud-based service (e.g., Google Drive).

3. Client Responsibilities & Delays

Timely delivery is dependent on your cooperation. Delays in providing necessary access, content (text, images, logos), or feedback may result in a corresponding delay in the project timeline. We are not responsible for delays caused by the client's failure to provide required materials or approvals in a timely manner.

4. Confirmation of Delivery

A service will be considered "delivered" upon the completion of the tasks outlined in the service description. For websites, delivery is confirmed once the site is live on your domain. For marketing plans, the initial setup completion or the start of a new billing cycle marks the delivery of services for that period.
